Our partner, Parisian Home, provides a specialist service for those wishing to rent a quality apartment in the better areas of Paris. Rental periods can be from as little as 3 nights: there is no maximum stay. For rentals of more than one week, rates are adjusted on a sliding scale. For stays of a month or more, special rates apply. 

At Parisian Home, rental charges include:

• Rent
• Tourist Tax
• Insurance to cover civil liability and claims by neighbours and third parties
• A deposit for electricity and gas. Electricity and gas contracts are already in place when you arrive. There are no formalities to end utilities contracts when you leave.
• Free telephone calls (to landlines) in France and to 104 countries (For the service provider FREE, the list of countries and mobile numbers included in the contract can be accessed at http://www.free.fr/adsl/telephone.html)
• Unlimited broadband internet and television (channels included in the package)
• Household linens (towels and sheets) available in the apartment. For rentals of more than two weeks, a second linen pack is supplied at no extra charge.
• An arrival pack with a welcome gift
• Technical assistance during our office hours.

To start the rental process, simply complete and submit the enquiry form below and Parisian Home will be in touch to provide you with a range of appropriate options. Once you have selected an apartment, Parisian Home will send a contract by email. After receiving the contract please:

• Return your signed contract to Parisian Home;
• Pay a deposit (by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer) within 48 hours.

Your selected apartment will be held for up to 8 days awaiting Parisian Home’s receipt of the contract and deposit. French Collection staff who are personally experienced in renting in Paris, are also available to assist you in this process.
