Guernsey

Yes, we realise this is not France, but travelling to/from France via the Channel Islands is a fabulous treat, and Guernsey is much closer to France than it is to England. Plus, our research clearly showed that Guernsey is preferable to Jersey as a place to visit. Our recommended route to take to/from Guernsey and France is via fascinating St Malo.

Moores Hotel – St. Peter Port, Guernsey, enjoys an almost unique position in the centre of St. Peter Port making it ideally placed for a holiday or business trip. This Guernsey hotel is only minutes from the picturesque marinas and seafront from where the ferries leave for the neighbouring Channel Islands plus England and France. For guests who enjoy exploring on foot, St Peter Port, Guernsey’s capital, is full of pleasant surprises with its narrow lanes and steep steps leading to spectacular views of the harbour. Several of Guernsey’s most fascinating museums are also located in St. Peter Port, and many of the island’s fine restaurants are near at hand.  To enquire about booking at Moores Hotel – St. Peter Port, Guernsey, click here  … [maxbutton id=”36″]  Bonus original
